Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared by our logistics partner, ESAT Les Ateliers de l’Espoir, within 1 to 4 business days.
Once ready, your package is handed over to the selected carrier: Colissimo or Chronopost.
Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can track your package directly via the carriers’ websites:

Important Information
- Address and order changes: Once your order is confirmed, no changes can be made (address, relay point, or contents). Please double-check your information before placing your order.
- Delivery delays: If you haven’t received your package 14 business days after it was shipped, contact us at jules@nuitdete.fr. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
