Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return period

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility conditions

To be eligible, returned items must:
- Be new, unworn, unwashed, and odor-free.
- Be in perfect condition with no stains or damage.
- Be returned in their original packaging.

3. Return process

Once approved, we will send you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense, unless we made an error.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted depending on stock availability. Delivery time for exchanged items may vary based on your location.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if all conditions are met.

If you don’t see the refund:
1. Check your bank statement.
2. Contact your card issuer or bank (processing times may vary).

6. Shipping recommendations

For items valued over €75, we recommend using tracked or insured shipping. Nuit d’été is not liable for lost returns without tracking.
